Paterson Community Health is proud to celebrate another successful collaboration with CUMAC (Center of United Methodist Aid to the Community). Together, we are helping ensure that individuals who are in need, home bound or facing health-related issues have reliable access to fresh, healthy food through CUMAC’s Choice Marketplace, Home Delivery Program or their Mobile Unit Distributions which occur in all 16 Passaic County Municipalities monthly.
Through our continued partnership, we remain committed to caring for the whole patient by addressing both health and social needs within the community. CUMAC is also a Benefit Enrollment Center which has Certified SNAP Navigators and Community Health Workers who are committed to aiding our neighbors in application and referral support. We are deeply grateful to CUMAC’s team, for their dedication, compassion, and ongoing partnership in serving families throughout Passaic County.
